If you are not satisfied with your phone for any reason, simply contact us and return it within 30 days. We will issue a replacement at no cost and make sure you're satisfied.

"Unlocked GSM" simply means that the phone is not locked in with any particular service provider that operates using a GSM-based network. This means that the phone will work with any GSM-based carrier in the United States or around the world. In the United States, unlocked GSM phones will work with carriers such as AT&T, T-Mobile, MetroPCS, and even smaller carriers such as Ting or Cricket Wireless. Around the world, you can buy any SIM card and pop it into an unlocked phone to purchase inexpensive local service while traveling.

We offer phones in different conditions, all depending on what you're looking for. Conditions refer only to the physical/cosmetic condition of the phone. All of our phones, regardless of condition, have their features tested and are fully functional.
Mint: These phones look the most like a new phone, it's hard to tell the difference between this phone and a brand new one. Mint condition is our highest condition rating and so these phones will be free of any cosmetic blemishes. Excellent: The close cousin of a brand new phone, this phone is nearly perfect cosmetically. It may have one or two small scratches that are difficult to detect unless you're looking for them. For all intents and purposes, you just paid full price for this baby because it looks and functions like a new phone would. The only thing you'll notice is that you got a great deal for a phone that looks nearly new.
Good: This phone is all the function and value you expect for less. Gently loved by its previous owner, this phone will have a few noticeable scratches and signs of use. The corners may look a little worn, or the carrier or manufacturer name may look a little less crisp. Devices that state 'LCD Shadow' have image retention on the LCD screen. For example, you may faintly see an app icon on a white background when that app icon is not actually there. These phones are perfectly fine and have very minor issues with the display.
