The LG VX 11000 enV Touch is a thinner design while upgrading to much higher resolution display. It has a large outer touch display and equally large inner display with QWERTY keyboard when opened. It can take 1500 phonebook entries and multiple contact numbers per entry. You can also use this phone in places you are not familiar because it includes navigation and tracking (GPS). If you are a Spanish-speaker, you can convert the language of the phone to Spanish for easier use. The LG enV Touch VX 11000 can send and receive text, picture, and video messages. It still has the T9 predictive for use with the external touchscreen. Other messaging options include Mobile Email, which allows you to send and receive email through your POP or IMAP account, as well as Mobile IM, to connect to people on your AIM, Windows Live, and Yahoo buddy lists. A dedicated camera button on the left side of the phone will let you access easily the 3-megapixel autofocus camera with Schneider-Kreuznach lens and LED flash. Images taken are excellent as they are crisp and have good detail. Playing video files on the device runs smoothly without dropping any frames. No problem with calls audio and the reception is also okay.
